It was through word-of-mouth that Paul, the founder of Studio Carré, was contacted by the owner of this 3-room apartment, located in the iconic Enfants-Rouges quarter: « As part of the Marais district, which boasts a wide variety of architectural periods, it’s in a most central location. Its dynamic population is quite discerning when it comes to the beauty of things, yet somewhat laid back.» explains the interior designer. C’est suite à du bouche-à-oreille que Paul, l’architecte fondateur de Studio Carré, est contacté par le propriétaire de ce T3, situé dans l’iconique quartier des Enfants-Rouges dans le Marais à Paris. Avec ses grandes poutres en bois foncé, ses tomettes au sol et ses murs pas franchement d’équerre, l’appartement a indéniablement du charme mais est aussi un rien suranné.
