Le défi : créer un appartement fonctionnel et chaleureux, où lumière et mobilier s’articulent avec élégance - The challenge: creating a warm, functional apartment where light and furnishings are elegantly combined

L’agence Effe architecture signe la rénovation complète de cet appartement du 11ᵉ arrondissement de la capitale. Cuisine déplacée dans le salon, salle de bains à l’emplacement de l’ancienne cuisine : l’espace est rationalisé afin de s’adapter au quotidien des nouveaux propriétaires.

Effe architecture is responsible for the complete renovation of this apartment in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. The kitchen has been moved into the living room, and the bathroom into the former kitchen: the space has been streamlined to suit the new owners’ day-to-day needs.

On the top floor of a 1970s building, Romain and Constance have transformed a forgotten apartment into a luminous family haven, where concrete, wood, and metal interact in perfect harmony.

Le défi : créer des rangements ingénieux sans sacrifier la surface habitable - The challenge: creating ingenious storage solutions without sacrificing living space

Avant rénovation, l’appartement de Tommy et Sébastien était cloisonné et classé F. studioZERO a entrepris de l’ouvrir et d’optimiser son efficacité énergétique. Grâce à des équipements performants en chauffage, ventilation et menuiseries, l’appartement est aujourd’hui classé D, sans compromis sur la surface habitable.

Before renovation, Tommy and Sébastien’s apartment was partitioned and had an F energy rating. studioZERO set about opening it up and optimizing its energy efficiency. Thanks to high-performance heating, ventilation and joinery equipment, the apartment is now rated D, without compromising on living space.

Le défi : imaginer un espace capable de s’adapter aux temporalités distinctes d’un couple - The challenge: imagining a space capable of adapting to the distinct temporalities of a couple

À Sarajevo, dans le quartier de Grbavica, cet appartement a fait l’objet d’une réécriture signée par l’agence Project V Architecture, à la croisée d’enjeux urbains, environnementaux et sociaux. Intitulée « Zemlja », soit « terre », « sol » ou encore « pays », l’intervention s’appuie sur des matériaux locaux, naturels et durables pour dessiner un habitat modulable, pensé comme une forme de reconstruction.

In the Grbavica district of Sarajevo, this apartment has been redesigned by Project V Architecture, addressing a range of urban, environmental and social issues. Entitled « Zemlja », meaning « earth », « soil » or « country », the project uses local, natural and sustainable materials to design a modular living space, conceived as a form of reconstruction.
